After probably 13-14 cords of wood, and two seasons, there is no rust to be found on the rack and no signs of weakness. I bought this rack in 2007. For the minimal price, and the decent looks, I recommend this rack as a definite buy. It is left outside in the summer exposed to the elements. I heat my house primarily with a wood stove, burning 6-7 cords per season. I use the four foot rack to keep what amounts to about a 5 day supply of wood close the house.
This was the perfect size for my needs and it's sturdy and solid. This same rack sold for almost double the price at Loew's.
Good product, best price around, sturdy constuction, sides are higher than others I have seen or owned.
We'll see how well it holds out the weather. The cover on the other hand, is very cheap and one of the zippers broke the first time I tried to close it. The rack assembled quite easily and seems rather sturdy. I loaded about 1/4 cord of wood in it and it is holding up nicely.
absolutely love it. we ordered this for our camp where the wood stays inside. this almost tripled the amount of wood we are able to keep inside.
